It’s a joy to be able to help old friends achieve their dreams. I met Unleashed Cooperation when I lived in Szczecin, Poland, close to their Poznan, Poland homebase, and saw them play a few times over the years. Their creative approach to contemporary jazz, combined with Polish folk melodies and, of course, the cultural inheritance of the Polish scene and inspiration of greats such as Komeda and Stanko, make them one of the most interesting jazz groups in Poland today, in my opinion. Their sophomore album, Trust, is another colorful combination of all those things, plus their undying love of extraordinary fashion, supported by Pole-Pole, a Polish-African sustainable clothing brand.

Over the course of only six weeks (yes, too short, we’re well aware! ;)) we secured 14 possible placements, two of which were out at the time of release, and 12 of which pended into November 2024 (release date: October 26).
